I can still taste the smoky warmth of baba ghanoush from those summer barbecue nights—charcoal embers glowing as family and friends gathered, laughter rising with every flame-kissed bite. That deep, charred flavor carries the weight of our wounds—daceds of stories—but what follows is the sweetest reminder of who we are: generous hosts, healers of hearts, and keepers of joy.
